About Quantify
Quantify Specialty Care exists for one reason: complex specialty care in the United States is expensive for plans, exhausting for patients, and unkind to both. We thought a small, clinically-led team — with the right operating model — could do better at the same time on cost, experience, and clinical outcomes. We are doing that.
We are nationally operating but deliberately focused. We do not chase diabetes, we do not chase every condition with a TV ad. We do oncology, biologics, complex specialty infusions and injections, and the specialty pharmacy operations that hold all of it together. We do them very well.
Our team is physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and counselors who do real clinical work. Our operations team is built around them, not the other way around. Every patient has a real care team with names you can text. Every plan partner has a real account team that answers their email.
We are owner-operated, US-based, and accountable. We say what we will do, then we do it.

I'm a nurse. I'm a patient advocate. I'm a caregiver. And I'm a patient too — I've lived this from both sides, on biologic infusions and oncology medications myself, sitting in the chair, on the phone with the pharmacy, opening the box at the kitchen table. I spent decades inside the system — watching the same things break for the same families, over and over. I saw the brokenness firsthand. I knew, viscerally, that it could be better.
That is exactly why Quantify exists. A welcome kit shows up before a needle does. Every member gets a nurse on the phone, not a portal. Our first box includes fuzzy socks and a notebook and a few quiet affirmations alongside the clinical kit — because infusion days are long, and you deserve a small kindness on that day.

Sumanth Reddy is a healthcare entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Quantify Specialty Care. A data-driven and systems-focused leader, he co-founded the company with a vision to address one of healthcare's most significant gaps — the lack of continuous patient engagement and support during the many months patients spend outside of direct clinical care.
As CEO, Sumanth oversees all aspects of the organization, including strategic planning, financial management, business development, and partnerships.
His leadership, along with Liane's dedication, focuses on building scalable systems, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term sustainability while maintaining a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
By combining analytical rigor with entrepreneurial vision, Sumanth has helped create a model that bridges clinical care and ongoing patient support, enabling better outcomes while fostering sustainable organizational growth.
Chief Clinical Operating Officer
I'm a nurse. I'm a patient advocate. I'm a caregiver. And I'm a patient too — I've lived this from both sides, on biologic infusions and oncology medications myself. That perspective sits at the center of every clinical decision we make at Quantify.
I co-founded Quantify Specialty Care with Sumanth Reddy to build the specialty care experience I wished I'd had as both a nurse and a patient: a welcome kit before a needle, a nurse on the phone instead of a portal, and an operating model designed around the patient and the clinical team — not around a call center.
Before Quantify, I spent more than 20 years in specialized utilization management, data analysis, and reimbursement strategy — the side of healthcare most patients never see. I led national UM teams ensuring NCQA and URAC compliance across Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare populations. I'm a subject-matter expert in Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Sleep Medicine, Spine/Pain Management, and Cardiology, and I built the Radiation Oncology and Diagnostic Imaging programs from scratch at New Century Health.
I was also one of the first people to build value-based care and social-determinant decision support directly into authorization platforms — long before “value-based” became a slide in everyone's deck. When I launched Quantify Remote Care in 2020, it was the first payer-driven Value-Based Care and empathy-driven CCM/RPM model of its kind.
Recognized as a Trailblazing Woman in IT (2023), with the “I” Award (integrity, intelligence, innovative) at HealthHelp and the Innovation Award at New Century Health.
That's what sits underneath the patient voice. The story works because the operating model works.
Chief Medical Officer
Alberto J. Montero, MD, MBA, MPOD, is a board-certified medical oncologist and accomplished physician executive with more than two decades of clinical, research, and leadership experience in oncology. He brings deep expertise in breast cancer medicine, clinical trial development, and healthcare quality — along with a distinctive combination of clinical and business acumen earned through training at some of the nation's preeminent cancer institutions.
Most recently, Dr. Montero served as Clinical Director of the Breast Cancer Medical Oncology Program and holder of the Diana Hyland Endowed Chair for Breast Cancer at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, and as Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine. Prior to that, he spent seven years at the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute as a Hematology/Oncology staff physician, where he also served as Chief Quality Improvement Officer and Patient Experience Officer. His earlier career included roles as Breast Cancer Site Disease Group Co-Leader at the University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Center and as faculty in Hematology/Oncology at the Medical University of South Carolina.
A prolific clinical investigator and national thought leader, Dr. Montero has served as Principal Investigator on numerous clinical trials, contributed more than 150 peer-reviewed publications to the medical literature, and served as Study Chair for the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program. He has held leadership roles within ASCO and the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology.
He earned his BA summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin, his MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, his MBA from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU. He completed his internal medicine residency at UT Houston and his Hematology-Oncology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Chief Pharmacy Officer
Pharmacist-in-Charge at QSC's wholly-owned, URAC-accredited pharmacy and a multi-state licensed PharmD covering 23+ states. Carl brings more than 15 years of mail-order specialty pharmacy operating experience, with deep expertise in front-end and back-end pharmacy workflow, State and Federal regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
Before Quantify, Carl spent more than five years as Pharmacist-in-Charge at Optum, where he oversaw a high-volume mail-order pharmacy accountable for over 600 licensed pharmacists and technicians, served on the Pharmacy Practice Team setting companywide policy, and resolved 100% of State/Federal regulatory inquiries, inspections, and escalations. Earlier at Optum he led pharmacy supervision and verification, and before that spent nine years at ScriptPro training and supporting pharmacy automation at 400+ pharmacies nationwide — the kind of operator who understands the robotics and software under modern specialty fulfillment because he installed and serviced them.
He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kansas (concentration in Pharmacy Administration, Policy, and Regulatory Affairs) and is a U.S. Army Infantry veteran — Fort Benning, Georgia and Baumholder, Germany.
Chief Commercial Officer
Preston owns Quantify's commercial strategy, client services, and partner relationships across self-funded employers, brokers, and TPAs — the buyer side of specialty care.
He comes to QSC from a career built squarely inside the employer-benefits and population-health-innovation ecosystem in Dallas. Most recently Chief Commercial Officer at Bexa, where he led national distribution for payors and employers in women's health screening, he still keeps a foot in that world as an advisor. Earlier roles include consulting work with Holmes Murphy & Associates — one of the largest independent employee benefits brokers in the country — and with ACAP HealthWorks, focused on innovative employer health solutions. Across all of it, the same throughline: connecting specialty and innovative healthcare products to the self-funded plans, brokers, and consultants who decide where care actually goes.
Preston holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and is based in Dallas, Texas.
At Quantify, he is the person on the phone with the broker who needs to know what makes this model different, the consultant pricing it against incumbents, and the CFO asking whether the savings are real. He's been on every side of that conversation before.
Chief Nursing Officer
Lucinda is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years in nursing, board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa in 1993 and her Master of Science / FNP from Middle Tennessee State University in 2008.
A native of Jackson, Tennessee who has called Smyrna home for more than 20 years, Lucinda is the founder and primary clinician of Motley Family Medical, PLLC (301 Wolverine Trail, Smyrna, TN), the family medicine practice she launched in May 2019 after seven years as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Signature Health and Wellness. At her clinic she cares for patients of all ages — pediatrics through chronic disease management — across asthma, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease, and offers integrative services including hormone optimization (BioTE-certified pellet therapy) and aesthetic medicine. The practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and offers telehealth.
Lucinda has served as Chief Clinical Officer of Quantify Specialty Care since July 2022 — one of the company's founding-era clinical leaders — and previously held a CCO role at Strategic Health AK in Anchorage, Alaska. That dual lens, owner-operator of a working family practice in Tennessee plus clinical leadership at QSC, is what shapes her view of specialty care: the same patient, the same family, the same continuity of trust — just scaled to a national specialty footprint.
As Chief Nursing Officer she shapes the clinical standards and nursing-led culture that define how every QSC patient is treated — personalized, one-on-one, and tailored to each person.
What Quantify Specialty Care does
For complex specialty therapies, plans hire us to deliver three things at once — better care for the patient, lower cost for the plan, and a real clinical operation that holds it together. Here is what each of those looks like.
One dedicated, named nurse per patient — not a rotating team. Real humans on the line by call or text, around the clock. Continuous remote monitoring between visits because the body knows something is off before the mind does. Personal dietitian, counseling for the patient and close family, and Resource Coordinators who handle the non-clinical pieces other vendors hand back to the patient.

Specialty infusions, injections, and oral medications for oncology, autoimmune disease, rare disease, immunodeficiency, and other complex conditions.
