Frequently asked questions

What is the nurse-to-patient ratio at Quantify Specialty Care compared to hospitals?

At Quantify, the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1, meaning one nurse is dedicated to a single patient receiving an infusion at a time. In hospitals, the ratio is often 1:6 or higher, with one nurse monitoring several patients simultaneously.

How does Quantify’s clinical expertise compare to traditional hospital infusion care?

Our clinical team is highly skilled and focused exclusively on personalized injection and infusion treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care with a team that knows your case. In hospitals, clinical teams handle many healthcare needs and may not provide the same level of personalized care.

What is the infusion environment like at Quantify Specialty Care?

Quantify offers a calm and private setting, with only staff and scheduled patients coming and going. You’ll enjoy private, temperature-controlled treatment rooms with recliners, TVs, Wi-Fi, iPads, and refreshments.

How does Quantify handle care coordination?

We work with your current provider to seamlessly deliver your treatments. We provide flexible scheduling, including weekend and evening hours, to ensure your treatments are delivered around your preferences.

Does Quantify provide remote patient care?

Yes, we offer 24/7 remote virtual clinical support and triage, along with personalized communications via phone, SMS, app, and virtual platforms. Our team monitors medication effects through physiologic monitoring, improving adherence rates and reducing hospital admissions.

Where can I receive services?

We provide home infusion services nationwide, and over 80% of therapies can be given conveniently in the comfort of your home. We also have 65+ clinical locations, and provide a full transportation benefit for in-clinic service so that you can focus on your treatment and not your travel.

Do I have to change specialists if I choose Quantify for my infusions?

No. Quantify does not replace your current physician. Quantify works with your prescribing provider to provide your infusion therapies and optimize your treatments. We obtain orders from and manage your care in collaboration with your doctor, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support.

Does Quantify provide additional resources to go along with my infusion care?

As part of your care, all Quantify patients have access to a personalized remote clinical team 24/7 to support their healthcare needs. This is a robust program that gives you access to clinicians, dietitians, behaviorists, and the latest healthcare technologies as part of your infusion care.

If I am receiving my treatments in an office today, am I able to receive that therapy in my home?

80% of specialty therapies can be provided in the home, and most individuals can receive treatment in the home. However, a review of your treatment and background are required to determine if home therapy is best for you. Please contact us to discuss home therapy and if it is right for you.

Is Quantify a new product my employer is offering?

No, Quantify is an infusion provider (doctors, nurses, clinical support) that offers an in-home option for most infusions patients, as well as patient support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
